The Strategic Communication & Marketing team is dedicated to enhancing the brand of the TCU College of Education across various platforms with inventive, captivating, and influential storytelling, marketing, and communication initiatives that highlight the significance of our endeavors and our community.

We aid in promoting and publicizing programs, events, and accolades from our departments, schools, centers, institutes, and programs. We safeguard our visual brand identity, bolster essential college events and publications, and offer guidance and assistance concerning branding, marketing, communication, social media, event promotion, design, and web presence.

To support the College's mission, resources have been centralized here.

Marketing Support Services

Faculty and staff in the TCU College of Education may request comprehensive marketing support for events, projects, and initiatives including support for:

  • Website Updates
  • Event Promotion
  • Basic Graphic Design
  • Digital Signage
  • Event Photography & Videography
  • Social Media Promotion
  • Story Ideas & News Announcement – CoE News, TCU Today

    Please submit requests at least 2 weeks in advance, and as early as possible for events and time-sensitive projects.

Marketing Consultation

For projects or strategic initiatives that require more detailed discussion, please schedule a marketing consultation. Please submit a Marketing Request before scheduling a consultation.

TCU | College of Education - Brand Resources

Canva design templates have been designed to align with the TCU Brand and provide consistency in marketing representing the College of Education.

Faculty/staff may use the templates and edit for their needs. Please note: the marketing team will design graphics for projects submitted as marketing request.

Events submitted as a COE marketing request  will be distributed to some or all of the most appropriate channels below. Consider the channels as you plan your events, programs, and initiatives.

Flyer Distribution - Residence Halls, Fraternity & Sororities, Academic Buildings

Residence Halls
To distribute flyers in the residence halls first email your graphic for approval to housing@tcu.edu. Once your flier is approved print and deliver 25 copies to the Residence Life Office located in the Pamela and Edward Clark Hall – Garden Level. They will distribute them for you.  If you have questions you can call 817-257-7865 or email housing@tcu.edu.

Fraternity and Sororities
To distribute flyers in the fraternity and sorority residence halls print and deliver 25 copies to Amy Schroer in Fraternity & Sorority Life, 2nd floor of the King Family Commons Building. They will distribute them for you. If you have any questions you can email schroer@tcu.edu or call 817-257-7928.

Buildings Across Campus
Buildings across campus have different policies in regard to fliers. Before posting fliers to bulletin boards it is best to get permission from the Dean’s office or Department that is near the bulletin board in the building.
