Mandy StewartBio

Mandy Stewart is Associate Professor of Multilingual Literacies at Texas Woman’s University where she directs the Certificate of Biliteracy and Multilingual & Multicultural Studies graduate programs. She is also a former newcomer teacher in Fort Worth I.S.D. Her teaching and research lie at the intersection of the language and literacy fields, serving (im)migrant and refugee communities.
